How do I set up Extra4K on my Firestick? โพ
Download the "Downloader" app from the Amazon App Store. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Settings โ My Fire TV โ Developer Options. Open Downloader, enter the IPTV player URL we provide, and install it. Then open the player and enter your M3U URL or login credentials sent to you via WhatsApp.
How do I activate my subscription? โพ
After payment is confirmed, your credentials (username, password, and server URL) will be sent to you via WhatsApp within minutes. Use these to log into your IPTV player app on any supported device.
My stream is buffering or freezing โ what do I do? โพ
First, test your internet speed โ we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K/8K content. Try switching from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection. In your IPTV player settings, try lowering the stream buffer size. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll check your connection from our end.
How do I renew my subscription? โพ
Simply message us on WhatsApp before your subscription expires. We accept Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, Remitly, WorldRemit, and Binance Pay. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is extended instantly with no interruption.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices? โพ
Each subscription is for 1 device (1 connection) at a time. If you need more simultaneous connections, you'll need additional subscriptions. Contact us to discuss multi-connection options.
What devices are supported? โพ
Extra4K works on Amazon Firestick / Fire TV, Android TV boxes and phones, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), iPhone & iPad, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG boxes. Basically any device that supports an IPTV player app.
What is the difference between LION OTT and 8K OTT? โพ
LION OTT is our entry-level server offering SD, HD, and Full HD quality at a lower price. 8K OTT is our premium server with Full HD, UHD, 4K, and 8K streams for the best picture quality. If you have a 4K TV and fast internet, we recommend 8K OTT.
I forgot my login credentials โ what do I do? โพ
No problem. Just message us on WhatsApp with the phone number or name you registered with, and we'll resend your credentials immediately.

Install an IPTV player from the Play Store (we recommend TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro). Open the app, select "Add Playlist" or "Add Account", then enter your Xtream Codes or M3U URL provided in your welcome message.
How do I set up on Smart TV (Samsung/LG)? โพ
Search for an IPTV player in your Smart TV app store (Smart IPTV or SS IPTV for Samsung; IPTV Smarters for LG). Install and open the app, then enter your M3U URL or Xtream Codes login details.
What IPTV players do you recommend? โพ
For best experience: TiviMate (Android TV โ best overall), IPTV Smarters Pro (all platforms), GSE Smart IPTV (iOS/Mac), and VLC (Windows/Mac for basic use). We'll send you a recommended app link when you sign up.

How do I check when my subscription expires? โพ
In most IPTV players (like TiviMate or IPTV Smarters), you can see your account expiry date in the Settings or Account Info section. You can also ask us on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.
What payment methods do you accept? โพ

Do you offer refunds? โพ
We offer a free trial period so you can test before committing. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds after activation. If you experience any issues, contact our support team and we'll do our best to resolve them.

My stream is buffering or freezing โ what do I do? โพ
Check your internet speed (need 10+ Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K). Try a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. In your player settings, increase the buffer size. Restart your router and device. If still buffering, contact us on WhatsApp.
Channels are showing "No Signal" or black screen โพ
First, refresh your channel list in the IPTV player. Check our server status above. Try a different channel to see if it's channel-specific. If multiple channels are down, message us on WhatsApp โ we'll investigate immediately.
My login credentials are not working โพ
Double-check that you're using the correct server URL (it matters whether it's http or https, and the exact port). Make sure there are no extra spaces. Check your subscription hasn't expired. If still not working, contact support on WhatsApp.
EPG / TV guide is not loading โพ
In your IPTV player, go to Settings and force a refresh of the EPG data. This can take a few minutes. Make sure your device time and timezone are set correctly. If the guide still doesn't load after 10 minutes, contact us.
VOD content is not loading / slow โพ
VOD (movies/series) requires a good connection โ 15+ Mbps is recommended for HD movies. Try pausing and letting it buffer for 30 seconds before playing. If a specific movie is always slow, let us know via WhatsApp.
