1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Extra4K IPTV service (the "Service"), available at extra4k.us and through our associated apps and platforms, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers, resellers, and visitors. Using our service means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Extra4K provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video on demand (VOD), and series content over the internet.
The Service includes:
- Access to live TV channels from multiple countries and regions
- Video on Demand (movies and TV series)
- Content available in SD, HD, Full HD, 4K and 8K quality (where available)
- Access via compatible apps on supported devices
- Customer support via WhatsApp
The specific channels and content available may change over time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to or use the Extra4K service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Subscription Plans: We offer paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Plans are sold for fixed durations (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, 12 months).
Payment: Payment must be made in advance before the subscription is activated. We accept Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, WorldRemit, Remitly, and Binance Pay. Payment details are provided via WhatsApp.
Activation: Your subscription is activated after payment confirmation. Credentials are sent to you via WhatsApp.
Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. It is your responsibility to renew before expiry. Contact us via WhatsApp to renew.
Connections: Each subscription permits one (1) simultaneous connection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
By using Extra4K, you agree to the following rules:
- You will use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only (unless you are an authorised reseller)
- You will not share your credentials with others or allow simultaneous use beyond your plan
- You will not redistribute, resell, or re-broadcast any content from the Service without authorisation
- You will not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
- You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers or systems
6. Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your username and password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
Extra4K is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service with 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control.
We are not liable for temporary service interruptions. In the event of extended downtime caused by us, we will compensate affected subscribers with an extension of their subscription period.
Service quality may depend on your internet connection speed and the capabilities of your device.
8. Refund Policy
Because we provide a free trial before any payment is required, all subscription payments are non-refundable once your account has been activated.
If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include an extension of your subscription period.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after activation
- Incompatibility with your device (please test with our free trial first)
- Violation of these Terms resulting in account termination
- Internet connection issues on your end
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, without notice or refund, if you:
- Violate any part of these Terms
- Share your credentials or attempt to abuse the Service
- Engage in any fraudulent activity related to payment or use
You may cancel your subscription at any time by ceasing to use the Service. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Extra4K does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantee regarding the availability of specific channels or content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extra4K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify subscribers via WhatsApp.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
